Big Mike’s Saturday Betting Thoughts

Saturday, December 4th, 2010

Latest figures just in from the Independent Compiler and we are ahead by £6386 since 1st September. Not much change from Novembers figures and my endeavour will continue to be to retain that balance as much as possible and try & increase by 50% over the remaining 9 months or so. In keeping with that my bets today over at my paid for service, total a stake of about 1% of that profit – so you will understand how I feel about this All Weather stuff. Spread sheets available to all as usual. Just email & I will forward.

The Test is going well for England and again your only Trade at this juncture is to level the profit on England and the draw and leave Australia on zero. I was asked yesterday why my trades are relatively small in size. The answer is very simple. I have members who bet x10 stakes on the suggested strength on the Trades and one intrepid Trader who bet x100 (on the Cricket – may I add). So its your choice.

Little more to add except please stay tuned to the Forum & Chatroom – there are no idiots on there like the Betfair forum – just a few professionals and like minded traders who will help with any queries. Firstly Kens first leg of the Chandler Acca has won so its important you follow his lays to protect the profit and he will use his thread there to inform. Also Neil posted this yesterday which I found very funny :- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mu7i5CJq3mg&feature=player_embedded

Big Mike’s Thursday Betting Advice & Each Way Double Brewed by Tetley

Thursday, December 2nd, 2010

Good morning all……just the one meeting now having lost Leafy to the weather. Before any of us make any sarcastic statements about “all weather” tracks, I think it’s fair to say that 8 inches of snow really does make racing impossible, so I have no quibbles about it being abandoned. At the moment it’s difficult to see when racing will resume as normal, and we should all tread very carefully when it does, as some trainers have far better facilities than others.

Big Mike’s Tuesday Betting Advice Brewed By Tetley

Morning all, well this cold snap at least gives us some time to sit back and reflect how things are going for us all. As we all aware Mike is having a great Season so far, so all of his subscribers should be…..however I bet one or two aren’t!!!

You have to be very professional in this business, and you must also be very disciplined. So where does it sometimes go wrong? Well here are one or two Golden Rules….I may be stating the obvious, but I will wager a £1 to a penny we have all broken the rules. I know I have…..and it’s not a crime to make a mistake, however it’s a disaster if you don’t learn from it.

Big Mike’s Saturday Betting Advice & Horse Racing Each Way Double

Good morning.

Firstly Welcome to the Triallists/New Members from `False Favourites` – http://false-favourites.co.uk/blog/recommended/betting-advisorey-services/ (over at my paid for service).

I hope you will give my service a bit of time as to quote an old respected buddy of mine it requires a `Complete Change of Mindset`. We dont gamble here and take a much more defensive approach and some often suggest its `boring`. Mind you many of those suggesting that approach have been with me 8+ years. Anyway any newcomer should view the Forum and posts there to get up to speed and please make use of the Forum – and also the Forum Chatroom. NB: You will need to join us as a free member in order to access the above resources.

Big Mike’s Thursday Betting Advice & Horse Racing Place Bet

Morning all.

No `War & Peace` from me today but wasnt it strange that yesterdays 4 runners produced a reasonable profit without a winner in sight. We are doing things differently and without a doubt I feel we are on the right road. Keep it going I say.

The Footie produced a great result for members last night with Rooneys penalty in the 85th minute just 5 minutes after I informed Chatroom members to `green up` on Man U. The Chatroom facility is totally underused by members. A lot of good stuff on there – not necessarily from me but other notables as well. You are not taking full advantage of the service unless you become a regular down there.
