Big Mike’s Wednesday Horse Racing Advice & Each Way Combination Bet

Wednesday, October 27th, 2010

Good morning. Firstly thank you for the emails and private letters received too after Unc`s death. Really very kind of you at this time and it shows the Service has a bit of a `club` atmosphere.

Again tetley is to be congratulated for his efforts and he will be standing in for me quite a few days over the next few weeks.

Season figures so far, received from the Independent Assessor last night showed :-

HUGHIES 25
BERNIE 467
RAMBO -220.79
RINGMASTER 4
DOUBLE DIAMOND 974
DUNLOP 1242
ALI 301
BUZZER -91
BMB 597
SINGLES 16
COMBO 1179

TOTAL 4494

Not bad for starters.

Full spread sheets available to any member requiring them – just email me on mike@bigmikebetting.co.uk.

Yesterday was nearly a NO BET day for me but having looked at some of the mathematical bets available I felt a Super Rambo would do the trick as apart from the big acca odds available there was great potential for place laying as well. I knew we were on the right tracks when Ladbrokes limited Lucky 15s and Lucky 31s in their shops. Very rarely happens but shows we are very much on the right lines.

For the record yesterdays `Super Rambo` (10 horses) returned £138.66 for the stake of £45.20 and only 1 horse won! As I have said so many times before `Its not the winner which matters – it’s the winning bet`.

Big Mike’s Saturday Betting Advice & Horse Racing Each Way Double

Saturday, October 23rd, 2010

Hopefully todays 8.00 am Rugby League profit of £167 will enrich your day but I feel its well worth pointing out that those who played the bet were BETTING (purely mathematical) rather than GAMBLING (which is for idiots). I had no real view on the game but noticed there was an arithmetical flaw which members should take advantage of. Thanks to the Bookmakers this time and a toast to the `Waring`.

The Double Result bet is the type of bet you will get on no other service. Its a crackerjack of a bet as we are relying on the wisdom of the Bookmakers in the first place (never a bad thing) and secondly there is very little downside to the bet as one of the scores will come up trumps at least. Today both scores won for us and the margin bet too.

I would really hope that the winning bet provides the sub money for the many triallists we have on board. Very near to the end of the trial and as we have now brought in extra options (Weekends/Sports) there is little excuse for any triallist not to join and change his/her gambling mindset to the Strategic Approach which we follow. There is an old adage – `There are many people who are rich and many more who are poor. Rich is better`. Stop gambling and start betting.

Another excellent day on Friday from tetley who filled in for me as he will quite a bit over the next few days owing to my own responsibilities Up North after Uncle`s death. Thank you all members who kindly mailed their condolences – Sal & I really appreciate the thoughts and its really good to have so many `mates` in the service.

Big Mike’s Friday Horse Racing Betting Advice & Each Way Double

Friday, October 22nd, 2010

Not an easy days racing today, where for me the stand out bet is over the sticks, and I for one will be pleased when the National Hunt season really springs into action. Talking of which, has anyone else noticed the very small fields for young chasers?? We don’t appear to have any up and coming “stars” over here, whereas in Ireland the seems be be a real depth in the chasing talent…….time will tell.

Once again yesterday the strategy for laying “mines” repaid in buckets, when the second selection in the Ali Baba was backed down to very low odds when finishing second (the 1st leg having won at 3/1), to return a nice place double, and recovering stakes. I know I keep banging on about this, and I know it’s not very exciting sometimes, but the satisfaction you get when seeing your bank slowly but surely getting bigger and bigger, more than makes up for that lack of adrenalin rush…….and you don’t have that dark cloud over you when your money is lost!!

Big Mike’s Monday Betting Advice and Horse Racing Each Way Double

Monday, October 11th, 2010

A quiet day for me after yesterdays marvellous exertions.

No doubt a few more `account closed` mails to members but isnt that so unfair? The 4 races selected were NOT in `each way thieves` races and we still overcame 2 sets of brown envelopes from the layers. By the way those people who think its natural that these events occur when Non Runners appear in 8 runner races should really think again.

Thanks very much for the emails. Really appreciate them and it gives me an insight on how you all bet as well. For instance I had the statutory mail from my old Pensioner Member who has been with me for many years. He bets to 10% of his bank on each discipline (unlike my request for 5%!) – and he had a £15 ew yankee & £15 ew acca on the 4 yesterday (£360 staked) and his return was £7155. I have pleaded with him to reduce his staking to 5% in future as to be honest its getting a bit out of hand. We have to prepare for barren times which will surely come.
