PARTIES: ‘Big Mike Betting’ means Strategic Betting Limited, its agents and employees. ‘You’ means the person specified as the user and subscriber in the subscription form.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION DATE & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS: (recurring billing) Your access to the ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ website is valid for the full duration of the length of the membership plan you have selected, (usually this is ongoing until you cancel your membership). You will be automatically re billed under the terms of your subscription. If you wish to cancel your recurring billing, please provide us with 5 days advanced notice to cancel. Your account will remain active until the current term has expired (unless you include a membership refund request, in which case your ability to log-in and receive daily emails will be immediately terminated).

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS:Clients who purchase a membership plan with an annual billing arrangement may receive a refund for terminating their membership on the following basis:
i. An annual-billed client may receive a 100% refund for termination within thirty (30) days after the annual renewal date.
ii. An annual-billed client may receive a 25% refund for termination within thirty-one (31) and ninety (90) days after the annual renewal date.
iii. An annual-billed client may receive a 10% refund for termination within ninety-one (91) and one hundred eighty (180) days after the annual renewal date

SPECIAL OFFERS: From time-to-time we offer Special Experimental Introductory Prices for test marketing purposes. It is important to note that special intro prices may convert to our standard monthly membership with automatic recurring billing at the end of the term of the special introductory period. (You can avoid the recurring billing by cancelling your account prior to the end of the special term period). Special introductory prices apply ONLY to NEW members and are not intended to be a renewal option for current or previous members. Any special prices ONLY apply if they are offered to you when you first join. No retroactive refunds will be issued between the price you paid and any current special offers.

OUR GUARANTEE & STANDARD REFUND POLICY: ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ guarantees you will be completely satisfied with our information and services. Simply cancel your membership and request your refund within 30 days of joining. (We have members who cancel their memberships and return again later and often, so a simple recurring billing cancellation request is not considered a refund request – unless you stipulate the refund request). Only one refund per member, email, or IP address for life, to prevent abuse of our generosity. See also, “Extended Refund Policy”, below.

EXTENDED REFUND POLICY: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, apart from within the first 30 days of a new members subscription, however ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ will treat any other requests for a refund in the event of cancellation on there individual merits. There are many unforeseen circumstances where refunds or credits will be issued beyond our normal 30 day policy. We are honest and reputable people and would never knowingly take money from anyone without providing service. Our business longevity since the year 2000 is a testament to our integrity. Situations where a member accidentally creates two accounts and is being double billed, or human errors (yes, we are human), are properly adjusted. All such refund requests are at the discretion of our management – but are always 99.99% in favour of the customer.

Refunds relating to recurring billing price increases. From time to time we must adjust for inflation and increase our membership dues slightly. The price increase will be announced well in advance (at least 45 days prior to the increase) on our member website home page and you will have the opportunity to cancel your account and recurring billing before the price increase date. If you failed to cancel before the increase date, you are eligible for a refund of ONLY the amount of the increase, if you cancel your membership within 30 days of the price increase AND request the price difference refund.

USER NAME AND PASSWORD: You are responsible for all use of the Services made using your username and password, whether or not the use is made by you or someone else using your username and password. You are responsible for protecting and securing your username and password from unauthorised use. If you believe there has been a breach of security of your username you should notify ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’.

YOUR INFORMATION: Strategic Betting Limited is a limited company incorporated in England. All personal information you supply to ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act. ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ will itself collect and use information you supply to ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ in order to operate and enhance the Services. ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ will not pass your information on to any other person without your consent. You may edit the information supplied at any time and have the information you supplied deleted from ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’s’ records if the agreement is terminated. You will update your information if it changes.

You bear all risks from any uses or results of using any Information. You are responsible for validating the integrity of any Information received over the Internet.

(ii) are in breach of any of the terms of this agreement (except for a trivial breach remedied within 7 days of its occurrence), or any generally accepted guidelines on Internet usage and etiquette (such as restrictions on mass mailings and mass advertisements, pirating or copying software, mail bombing or attempts to violate security).
(iii) you do or fail to do any act which jeopardises the continuance of the Services.
(iv) if bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings are brought against you.
(v) if you do not make any payments under a court judgment or fine.
(vi) if you make an arrangement with your creditors or a receiver or administrator is appointed over your assets or, (vii) if you go into liquidation, then ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ may withdraw the Services from you, immediately and without notice or compensation. ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ will then be under no further obligation to you.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: Your attention is drawn to the fact that in respect of the ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ Services, we may have an interest, relationship or arrangement that is material in relation to the investment or transaction concerned or could give rise to a conflict of interest and you agree that we shall not be required to disclose it to you and that there will be no obligation to account to you for any profit.

Unless you inform ‘BigMikeBetting.co.uk’ that you object to the proposed changes within this 14 day period, you will be deemed to accept the proposed changes.
